Regalos means Gifts in Spanish and when I finished putting the final
touches on this little gem, that is what it felt like to me, a
beautifully wrapped gift. The colors are reminiscent of Autumn and the
top reminds me of space. I am a big Sci-Fi fan and a lover of
astrophysics. What a wacky combination of so many ideas, but that's how
my inspiration manifests. This piece will be featured in the Autumn
Auction. See below for all the details. This piece is framed in a black
wood floater frame and is 10" x 10".

I have been hosting an annual BOGOFree event between Thanksgiving and
the year's end for nine years. I decided to change the tradition since
my exhibition schedule was cancelled for the year. I discovered during
my Summer Auction that I could still interact with my collectors and
they could have a fun time participating in a silent auction. The BOGO
event will become 4 different auctions. The first auction will begin on
Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. You will have 3 days to bid on the
art or select the Buy Now option. I will feature 4 different auctions
with different sizes. We begin the first auction with Mid-Size works.
You will still be able to get the pieces for 50% off and even better
you only need to buy one to get this fabulous value. I thought you
might like that.
The two paintings above are in the first auction. They are $500 each on
the website and the bidding begins at 50% off and the Buy Now option is
$360. Shipping will be added after you have decided on all your
selections. I will send a note when the first auction is up for
preview. Email me if you have any questions.
The second auction is Dec 4-7 and features Small Works, then Large Work
from Dec 11-13 and we wrap it up with a new category of Small Work on
Paper from Dec 18-20.
I will donate a percentage of sales to our local food bank. I did this
on a previous auction and they were so pleased to receive the help.
Gratitude goes full circle.

A Look Into the Future
The Way
The Way
I am getting out my crystal ball and gazing into the future. I am
seeing art retreats by mid-year. Let's all keep hope alive. This is
what is being planned now. As we know too well all is fluid in this new
time we live in.
I have 3 workshops planned for Art and Soul in Portland June 19-21 and
a retreat to Ireland June 26-July 3. The Ireland retreat is very
limited in size so we can be very careful. Please email
me if you are interested in getting
information.
I am also thinking of hosting 2 workshops in my Santa Fe studio with
limited number of participants so we can have space. The tentative
times would be May and August. Let me know if you are interested.
I will be getting info up on my website soon. Italy of 2022 is already
filled and I am working on a possible 2023 date as well. We can only
plan and hope. Contingent dates are being built in to adapt to changes.
