This painting incorporates elements from some of my favorite mountain hikes. Gold encrusted leaf skeletons and imagery printed onto fabric play with positive and negative space. In my mind the musical score represents another layer of movement and color. The clouds above the forest, the earth and the circles are openings to another perspective.
