The Inside Passage

This abstracted sunset is filled with colorful snippets and colorful patterns. I began this piece while teaching in the Pacific Northwest and it represented the deep canyons that are lush with flowers and trees. The sky is a rich bronze color and bits of fabric, gold leaf and plaster create incredible texture and depth. This piece will keep you entranced every time you look at it you will find something new.
