Etruscan Gold

This rich painting is like a buried Etruscan treasure. There is the gold embossed paper that I made, iron oxidized paint and a deep blend of paints and mediums that appear like gemstones. I loved discovering the Etruscan ruins and learning about the pre-Roman culture. Perhaps this piece will inspire your curiosity as well.
