Forest Walk

I am always creating new small pieces as I film my weekly episodes of Mixed Media Soul Sparks. This keeps me exploring new mediums and developing new techniques. I used acrylic on Yupo paper which is a synthetic paper that holds and moves the paint in unusual ways. I incorporated another paper that I made using Venetian plaster. The imagery evokes the feeling of walking through a forest after a summer rain. This small piece is mounted on panel and framed in a floater frame.
