Equality is Greater Than Division

I have synesthesia so for me numbers sound like music and the music translates to color. The collage page is from an old differential equations book and the surfaces are built up using both transparent and opaque mediums and paints. The composition is divided into different areas of varying dimensions yet both sides are equal. Sometimes math, the universal language, says it best.
