Elevate

The Spirit Wand Series evokes the light because they are painted on several layers of cast acrylic, an artist grade Plexiglas. This piece also has a mirrored background that elevates it to a lighter color. I have used fabrics, marbled papers that I made, crackle effects and even a piece of one of my etchings. The painting is created on both sides of the acrylic panels and fused together using resin. This piece looks great hung vertically.
